2. Services and Partnership Agreement
2.1. Developer Partnership: Crime Engine Games offers game publishing services, allowing developers to partner with us.
We handle various aspects of publishing, including marketing, advertising, paperwork, branding, and more.
2.2. Developer Submissions: Developers seeking a partnership with Crime Engine Games must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian, must fill in the details with honesty, and provide a playable demo build of their game for evaluation. It is not our responsibility if there is a break of a contract by not filling the details with honesty or breaking any rules.
2.3. Evaluation Process: The Partnership ("Crime Engine Games") have the right to evaluate and approve business decisions including (not limited to) in game business decisions, Downloadable Content, Selling price. Approval of partnership will be at our sole discretion.
3. Revenue Sharing and Branding
3.1. Revenue Sharing: Under the partnership agreement, Crime Engine Games shall receive a portion of individual game sales and general game income, while developers will retain the remaining share. The specific revenue share details will be provided in the partnership contract.
3.2. Branding: Developers must include Crime Engine Games's animated logo as branding at the startup of the game (or non-animated logo if approved) and must be listed and included within the ingame credits, as outlined in the partnership agreement.
4. Full Control
4.1. Developer Control: Developers retain Control to their games.
Crime Engine Games will have limited rights as outlined in the partnership agreement.
4.2. Projects made or use our assets, exclusive perks or Game Ready Templates are allowed to be released only by our approved partners and will be revoked if the individual partner wishes to leave the partnership.
4.3. Our assets, exclusive perks or Game Ready Templates are only allowed to be released and used by our approved partners and may not be shared.
5. Privacy Policy
5.1. Privacy: The use of personal information provided by Users is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
6. Modification of Terms
6.1. Updates: We reserve the right to modify these General Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly for any updates (Excluding contracts).
7. Governing Law
7.1. Jurisdiction: These General Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California Antitrust Laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9.2. Any external Agreements, Contracts, etc are not authorized and may not be signed. It is not our responsebility to aware you of extarnal agreements, contracts, etc.
All and any authorized Agreements, Contracts are signed by Crime Engine Games and the Partnership representative (“the Partnership Representative”) as mentioned in the Contract section 22 "Partnership Representative."
